Oh, how unfortunate is the moment I come home to find that I've been outbid on a perfect sea foam dress by less than a dollar.
I was in a bad mood already, since I was the only one in my philosophy class to get a perfect score on the quiz and then the professor felt so bad for wording the questions "deceptively" that he gave everyone full points. This is the second time he's done that, and it makes my efforts seem meaningless. It hurts my narcissism. |

I really want this Jenny Holzer t-shirt, but I'd never be able to wear it if I knew that I had spent too much money on it:

For the longest time I've been searching for The Perfect White Dress, one that could become a second skin for me to wear everywhere everyday or at least once or twice a week. I thought I had finally found a potential match on ebay, but was just outbid as it sold for $200.
here's what I almost possessed: (ignore the awful shoes and accessories)

I guess it wasn't meant to be. I was a little concerned that it would be too small on me around the bust; The Perfect White Dress must not be restrictive or uncomfortable in any way.
Of much less priority is my search for a pair of white rain boots. So far I've only come across this pair by Marc Jacobs for $80:
